About me: yoga teacher integrating psychology and yoga

I am Tiffany, a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher. Eight years ago, yoga came into my life, and it has been an integral part of my life ever since. I first discovered yoga while searching for a gentle form of movement to help manage my rheumatoid arthritis. Initially drawn to the physical practice, I quickly realized that yoga is much more than just exercise. The holistic nature of yoga transformed my lifestyle, improving not only my physical health but also my mental and spiritual well-being.

Early in my yoga journey, I knew that I wanted to share the profound benefits of yoga, that I myself experienced, with others. In early 2022, I completed my Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, I have been teaching both private and group classes, offering traditional hatha yoga based on the Sivananda style. In 2024, I completed my Yoga Nidra Training, allowing me to guide students into a deep state of relaxation and self awareness.

With a background in Clinical Psychology, I bring a unique perspective to my yoga teaching. I’m passionate about promoting mental health and helping my students develop a deeper connection with themselves. My classes emphasize self-acceptance, resilience, and the cultivation of inner peace. My goal is to empower you with the tools to independently manage your well-being, so you can live a more fulfilling life.
